His films are featured on Netflix, iTunes, Hulu, and other top digital platforms.

Through his groundbreaking non-profit documentary work, Brett has pioneered the art of creating “mini-movements” that inspire the super-human spirit in us all. Bruce Calvert is the Executive Vice President of RichardsApex and is responsible for the technical activities within the company. Prior to joining RichardsApex in 2011, he was Director of R&D for the industrial division of ICI-Croda Americas and Department Manager, Chemicals Assets for Mobil Oil.

Andrew Meyer

Throughout his tenure in the wire and cable industry, Andrew’s focus has been on material development of thermoset and thermoplastic compounds. Prior to joining Electric Cable Compounds, he held positions with the Marmon Innovation Group and earned a degree in Rubber Engineering Technology from Ferris State University.

Marco worked at a company that produced sound proofing equipment and conveyor lines for the packaging industry for three years at the start of his career. In 1987 he joined Frigerio and worked in various roles within the company including sales in various markets and customer service. In 2001 he took on his present role as the General Manager of MFL USA.

Kiran Raza is a Technical Sales Representative with an established background in the plastics industry. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in BioMedical Materials Science and Master's degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Manchester. She was born in the United Kingdom and moved to the United States in 2014. Her hobbies include writing and travel.

Christopher Van Dyke


Chris started Overview in 2018 to build manufacturing inspection tools with the powerful algorithms and low-cost cameras from the self-driving car world. Before Overview he worked at Tesla for nearly a decade where he led several engineering efforts including the design of several custom cables for electric vehicle charging.

Jerome Dapore is a veteran of the industrial measurement and controls industry, using laser, ultrasonic, magnetic, and other technologies to improve manufacturing processes. He has held numerous leadership positions, such as Product Manager, Engineering Development Manager, Lead Engineer, and Principle Applications Engineer in these efforts.

Kari Nieminen

KN Manufacturing Solutions

Kari Nieminen is the owner of KN Manufacturing Solutions. He has a total of 35 years of wire and cable industry experience gained by also previously working with Nokia-Maillefer; Pirelli Cables and Nextrom. His work has always been a mixture of commercial and technical hands-on work on machines, controls, and process controls.

Paul Douwes is the North American sales and marketing manager for ADVARIS which is an international software and consulting company headquartered in Bruchsal, Germany. He has been involved in the wire & cable industry for more than 20 years and brings his knowledge of the industry function and process to Enterprise Planning as well as Manufacturing Execution Systems.
